Lightweight refractory concretes

PROMACAST® is a well-balanced range of various types of refractory concrete for monolithic refractory linings. These products consist of highly refractory raw materials and aluminous cements. 

PROMACAST® lightweight refractory concretes are compression-proof and high temperature resistant, lightweight concretes for mechanically low-stressed areas up to 1380 °C, e.g. for burner benches, side walls and rear lining.

Applications:

PROMACAST is mainly used for furnace.

PROMACRETE® is a well-balanced range of various types of refractory concrete for monolithic refractory linings. These products consist of highly refractory raw materials and aluminous cements. 

PROMACRETE®-PF refractory concretes are dense, wear-resistant refractory concretes for high temperature applications up to 1650 °C, e.g. for hearths, burner benches, tunnel kiln cars etc. 
PROMACRETE®-PST is a dense, wear-resistant ramming compound for high thermal stress as repair mass and for ramming shaped parts like burnes.
PROMACRETE®-PR is dense, wear-resistant refractory concrete for high thermal stress, especially for fast cold and hot repairs.
